Nepal Government has decided to drop foreigners in Nepal to their native home back via air who have been in dilemma due to lockdown as declared by the government due to COVID-19.
A high-level coordinating committee for corona prevention has decided to bring all foreigners who aren't able to get back home due to a nationwide lockdown to Kathmandu in the plane. According to which foreigners will be isolated in a nearby hotel in quarantine till their flight takes off. However, foreigners have to take expenses on their own during isolation.

Nepal Tourism Board informs around 10,000 foreigners are still in Nepal who landed here o March via air. Among them, about 8,000 foreigners had been Nepal for tour purposes. Most of the tourists are in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Chitwan.
