Police have started using about three-meter long multi-functional arrest and rescue device i.e catcher to undertake people in control so that no physical contact takes place. The machine has been brought in action after the infection went infectious and people didn't implement the government´s order. The device was tested last Friday in Kathmandu.
The device is taken in action so that both the parties; the police and the public can stay safe from infection if any one of them is infected. People are taken in control by putting on the device around the waist of lean people and at the thigh of fat people.
This device is alike a selfie stick; it has an on/off button and can be stretched and shortened accordingly as need. The device is easy to operate, arrest and rescue people says Nepal Police.
