Free Missed call alert (MCA) Service Nepal Telecom - How to activate miss call notification in NTC ?

Nepal Telecom (NTC) has offered MISSED CALL ALERT (MCA) Service with free of cost. The previous time, Missed Call Alert service fee was Rs 6/month. Now You'll register Missed Call Alert Service free of charge. There are two ways to Active and De-active Missed call alert service.

What's the MCA service?

MCA service will help you the information about the calls that you miss when your Cell phone is unreachable, busy or switched off.

How to subscribe Missed call alert (MCA) in Ntc?

Via USSD

Dial *1400#
A menu will appear as given below :

1. Free MCA/Month
2. Unsubscribe
3. Status

Choose the required option (For Subscribe type 1 and send)

Via SMS

• Active: Type sub mca and send SMS to 1400
• Deactivate: Type unsub mca and Send SMS to 1400
• Check Your MCA Service Status: Type Status and send SMS to 1400

After Subscribe miss call service, If you miss any call you'll receive SMS from 'NTC' including Contact number, Time and total call attempt detail. Once You've subscribed for Missed Call Alert (MCA) service you've got to Re-subscribe after your previous subscription expires. Nepal Telecom is currently expanding 4G networks in Nepal.
